What is a Content Silo?

Content Silos enable Content Items to be grouped together.

When in use, End Users have to first clarify whether their question relates to one of the configured Content Silos before being able to ask it.

This signals to the App which group of Content Items it should use to try and answer the End User's question, mitigating amongst other things, situations where multiple Content Items within a single Project could be used to answer a vaguely worded question, for example, two Content Items which both explain the pricing of different products.
