What is a Content Item’s Result/Source Link for?
The purpose of a Content Item’s Result/Source Link depends on which Plan the Project is using.
When a Project is using the Search Plan, if the Content Item is identified by the App as relevant to the End User’s question and subsequently displayed as a result, the Result/Source Link manages what happens if the End User clicks on it.
When a Project is using the Search + Answer Plan, the Result/Source Link functions in the same way as it does in the context of a Project using the Search Plan, but instead of being applied to the result, it is applied to the source displayed beneath the generated answer.
