What is a Content Item’s Title text for?

The purpose of the Title text is to give context to a Content Item. This could mean it is phrased as a question or as a statement.

Along with the Body text, it is used by the App to establish whether the associated Content Item is relevant to an End User’s question.

It is referenced by the App as a result when the associated Project is using the Search Plan and as the source of an answer when the associated Project is using the Search + Answer Plan.
