What is Content?

Content is used by the App to respond to End Users’ questions.

It is made up of one or more Content Items each comprising a Title and Body text, and is exclusive to its associated Project.

Each Content Item can be associated with one or more Content Silos, and have Notes to assist with management.

Content Items can either be manually created via the App, or programmatically via the API.
