How do I buy more Credits?
To buy more Credits, navigate to the Workspace you want to buy Credits for and click on the Billing option in the Sidebar Menu, then the Usage option from the sub-menu that appears.
On the Usage page that follows, select the Manage Credits tab with an icon of a building and navigate to the section headed Buy Credits.
Enter the value of Credits you wish to buy into the field labelled Amount to add and click the Buy Credits button.
Please note: Your default Payment Method will be used and you may be required to authorise the purchase by your payment card provider.
If your purchase is successful, a pop-up message will then appear confirming that your Credit Balance has been updated.
