What are the different types of Plans?
There are two types of Plans a Project can use and they determine how the App responds to End Users’ questions, and the cost of doing so.
Each Plan type has a fixed monthly fee which is paid in advance via the App or in the case of an Enterprise Workspace, via invoice.
Usage Fees are paid for separately using Credits, which are purchased in advance.
Search
When a Project uses the Search Plan, the App responds to End Users’ questions with links to one or more relevant Content Items.
Search + Answer
When a Project uses the Search + Answer Plan, the App responds to End Users’ questions with a generated answer based on the most relevant Content Items.
