How do I customise the Widget?

To customise the Widget, navigate to the Project for which you want to customise the Widget, click on the Settings option in the Sidebar Menu and then click on the Widget option from the sub-menu that appears.

On the Widget Settings page that follows, you will find a range of settings to customise the Widget, organised into the following six sections:

  1. Activation
  2. Styling
  3. Featured Content
  4. Content Siloing
  5. Buttons & Links
  6. Messages
Activation

Control whether installed Widgets are active.

Styling

Customise the appearance of the Widget with the following groups of settings:

  1. Logo
  2. Colours
  3. Widget Trigger
  4. Spacing
  5. Sizing
  6. Positioning
  7. Visibility
Featured Content

Control whether the Widget uses Featured Content and select which Content Items to feature.

Content Silos

Control whether the Widget uses Content Siloing.

Buttons & Links

Customise the Buttons and Links that appear in the Widget with the following groups of settings:

  • Widget Trigger Button
  • Handover Button
  • Handover Link
Messages

Customise the messages that appear in the Widget with the following groups of settings:

  • Welcome
  • Content Silos Filter
  • Content Silos Intro
  • No Content Identified (With Content Siloing - Content Silo Selected)
  • No Content Identified (With Content Siloing - Content Silo Not Selected)
  • No Content Identified (Without Content Siloing)
  • Positive Feedback Response (With Content Siloing - Content Silo Selected)
  • Positive Feedback Response (With Content Siloing - Content Silo Not Selected)
  • Negative Feedback Response (With Content Siloing - Content Silo Selected)
  • Negative Feedback Response (With Content Siloing - Content Silo Not Selected)
  • Positive Feedback Response (Without Content Siloing)
  • Negative Feedback Response (Without Content Siloing)

Edit the required fields and then either click the Save changes button or if you want to save the changes and continue editing, click the Save changes & continue editing button.

A pop-up message will then appear confirming that the update has been successful.
