How does the Widget use Content Silos?
When Content Siloing is in use by the Widget, End Users are first asked whether their question relates to a specific Content Silo.
If they answer yes, they are then presented with a list of options corresponding to the names of the Content Silos that have Content Items assigned to them, from which they must choose to be able to submit a question.
Their choice determines which group of Content Items (i.e. the selected Content Silo) is then used by the App to respond to their question.
If they answer no, they are then asked to submit a question, and the App uses all Content Items that are not assigned to a Content Silo to respond to their question.
